This owner has been living in the same house for many years. With many parts of the house, both inside and outside had seen better days, the client decided it is time to update his semi-detached.
As the client loves to entertain family and friends at home, we decided to open up a big part of the ground floor to cater for that. Backroom are hacked to make way for a bigger dry kitchen, which comes with an island and a wall of wine display. The dining are also open out to the garden, which was previously cooped up to the inside.
For this young client, we stylised the interior into a contemporary with a lasting look, comfortably modern, subtle with a hint of luxury.
