The developer for this project wanted to plan for a residential building that attracts the younger crowds of buyer whom wanted to own a trendy and contemporary home at the edge of Kepong.
Taking the essence from the namesake, “Herz”, which means the Heart, we take very strong elements as the core of the design, like marble with a strong contrast, traditional floral tiles to combine with a pared down subtle colour scheme.
