The same developer from The Herz requested for a beautiiful show unit, showcasing their practical layout for the Holmes 2 at Bandar Tun Razak.
Different from a live-in home, a show unit are meant to be marketed to the public as a sample of a dream home that they can replicate in their future purchase. Therefore, we combined the style of a Modern Classic look into the structural integrity of a temporary build-up.
The show unit are abled to be viewed from all angles and still exudes a sense of beauty, class and approachable. Also, it has to withstand the traffic of a large crowd. The launching day was proven to be a success because we are still getting calls from outsiders asking about this design!
